FAQ

Common questions

Each distinct feed format — a POS system, an EDI partner, a distributor export — counts as one connector. A single system exporting to multiple formats counts as one connector.
Yes. We offer a structured 60-day pilot for Professional and Enterprise tiers, applied against the first year's contract if you proceed.
For Essentials, typically 5-7 business days from first data connection to live dashboard. Professional onboarding is 10-15 business days with custom schema mapping.
Never. Each customer's data is fully isolated in a dedicated tenant environment. Zenline does not aggregate customer-sourced data for cross-customer benchmarking without your explicit written consent. Your POS and EDI feeds are used only to generate intelligence for your category team.
No. Zenline adds the competitive assortment intelligence layer that your ERP, demand planning, and category management tools were not built to provide. It reads from your existing systems — it does not replace them. Your ERP, planning, and category management environment stays exactly as it is.
